First Presented FVG
Identifies the initial Fair Value Gap in each trading session — the key institutional reference point.
Overview
The First Presented FVG implements an ICT-based strategy that identifies the initial Fair Value Gap in each market session. The concept focuses on gaps forming between 9:32–10:00 AM ET (AM session) and 1:32–2:00 PM ET (PM session), as these mark institutional order delivery points.
The indicator detects both bullish and bearish gaps automatically and includes an Opening Range Gap (ORG) overlay spanning from the prior day's 4:14 PM close to the 9:30 AM open, with gradient reference levels at 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%.

How We Use It
The first-presented FVG serves as our primary session reference. Within the initial 30-minute window following the 9:30 AM open, we wait for the first gap to form — this establishes the session's directional bias.
The ORG provides daily context. When the first-presented AM FVG coincides with an ORG gradient level — especially the 50% midpoint — the confluence strengthens the zone's significance.
The time and date labels help quickly identify whether a gap originated on the current day or from a previous session.
